Job Details:
Children’s Home Regional Manager
Working within a well-established organisation, that offers industry leading support and training
Responsible Individual for 6 children’s residential care homes
All homes are based in Manchester and Greater Manchester
All homes specialise in support for children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
Line manage each home’s Registered Manager
Work with RMs to ensure the safe and effective management of each children’s home, ensuring all homes meet company and OFSTED standards
Lead on senior management recruitment
Work alongside the SMT and HR department in staff management
Autonomy to manage own diary
Contract Details:
Full-time, permanent contract
Salary up to £75,000
+ Up to £20,000 in bonuses
Loyalty programme is available to all management staff members
Requirements Details:
NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
2 years + experience as an Responsible Individual is essential
