Service Care Solutions are recruiting an experienced Children’s Registered Manager to join a specialist residential home for young people with emotional and complex needs.
As Registered Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. You’ll manage the team, drive compliance and quality standards, and build key partnerships to improve outcomes for the young people in your care.
Person Specification:
2+ years in residential childcare (within last 5 years).
1+ year in a leadership/supervisory care role.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare) or equivalent.
Strong understanding of trauma-informed approaches.
Proven experience working within Ofsted-regulated settings.Company Benefits:
