Residential Children’s Support Worker – Leominster

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Childcare Workers to join our team in Leominster (near Hereford). We offer a supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of young people with emotional behavioural difficulties.
What you’ll do:
Support and nurture: Forge positive relationships with children and their families, working within a therapeutic model.
Contribute to care plans: Develop and implement individual care plans to help children reach their full potential.
Teamwork: Collaborate with other professionals and contribute to the overall success of the home.
Grow your skills: Participate in training programs and pursue career progression.
What you’ll need:
Previous residential childcare experience
Level 3 in Children’s and Young People’s Workforce (desirable)
Valid full UK driving license
Commitment to working shifts and sleep-ins
