Our client, Ealing Council, is looking for 2 Qualified Social Workers to join their Child Protection & Safeguarding Team with at least 2 years Children Protection and Safeguarding experience, who can work creatively with children, young people and their families, to affect change and mitigate risk of harm. Practitioner who are articulate and can communicate in writing and produce assessments and reports to a high standard.
The ideal candidate has experience of assessing and managing risk, presenting at network meetings, within a varied caseload, from Child In Need to PLO and in Proceedings.
The ability to work in a multi-agency approach and to achieve the best outcomes for children is necessary.
You will work as part of a small and diverse team, that reflects the West London community that we serve.
What you need:
QSW Status – including qualification, Social Work England registration and completed ASYE
A minimum of 2 years’ experience
