Description:
The Family Time Team sits within the Looked after Children, Court and Leaving Care Service working with looked after children from the point we enter care proceedings through their permanence planning and into adulthood where children remain looked after.
What is required?
Experience of the Care Management Process.
Experience of working with children.
5 Years Reference
Minimum 2 days a week in the office
