Job Summary
The Family Court Adviser will work within the Private Law team, providing expert advice and support to the court and other stakeholders in cases involving children. Responsibilities will include conducting assessments, preparing reports, and attending court hearings.

Qualification/education
Relevant social work qualification and experience working within the family court system is essential. Specific requirements will be detailed during the application process.
Experience
Significant experience as a Family Court Adviser or in a similar role working with children and families within the legal system is required. Experience within Private Law cases is highly desirable.
